Can you share a successful sales tactic you have used in a previous role?
Through working my AMA club's recruiting-week table, a simple way to first get people interested is to make an inviting space by being extra friendly and inquisitive. I would say to actually sell people on joining I created a sense of urgency, to where people wanted to join ASAP because important opportunities were coming up fast and there were limited spaces.

Can you give an example of a piece of content you are proud of?
One piece of content I’m especially proud of is the deliverable video I created for the Cannes Future Lions competition, which is featured in my portfolio. https://noellucente.wixsite.com/blogfolio/portfolio-collections/my-portfolio/thread-trail-cannes-future-lions
The project was for our concept called Thread Trail, a sustainability-focused tech innovation in fashion. I took the lead on the video’s creative direction, scripting, and editing to communicate our brand identity, our brand storytelling, and the product’s purpose and eventual impact. The video became one of our strongest assets in the pitch (as stated in our review), helping us earn third place in ASU’s campus-wide competition. It reflects my ability to blend brand storytelling with strategy, and I’m really proud of how it came together.

How do you approach the process of ideation when creating content?
When I approach ideation for content, I start by looking at what’s trending, whether it’s audio, formats, or topics, so I can tap into the current conversation. I also think about the kind of content I personally find engaging, because if it resonates with me, a Gen-Z girl, there’s a good chance it’ll resonate with others too.
When it comes to creating for a brand, I make sure every idea aligns with the brand’s voice, values, aesthetic, and audience. It’s about striking a balance between what’s relevant and what feels authentic to the brand.
