I stay updated on social media trends by consistently monitoring platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Threads, and by following trend-focused creators, newsletters, and tools like Later or TrendTok. I also keep an eye on audio trends, viral formats, and shifts in user behavior daily. When adapting trends, I always filter them through the brand’s voice and audience, making sure the content feels fresh, relevant, and aligned rather than forced. It’s about riding the wave strategically, not just copying it.
