I use different methods, such as anonymous surveys and open discussions, to ensure that everyone can comfortably give feedback. I also keep the questions clear and inclusive to gather a full range of insights.

I facilitated about five courses as an intern at NOBEL PBC; after each, I analyzed feedback to improve. For example, many students mentioned struggling with the pace and a certain concept after one course. I took this feedback and decided to slow down, break down the concept more, and add extra resources. In the next session, students were much more engaged, and the feedback was a lot more positive.
