How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?

I think Gen Z individuals are less salary-minded and more experience driven in the sense that if they were offered 2 jobs, one being of higher pay and the other being more interesting all-round, they would choose the latter. They are a very reward based generation and would work extremely efficiently if they were to know that they would be rewarded for their work. I also feel that Gen Z individuals require more attentive, diverse work settings to perform better.

In your opinion, what's the key to creating a successful digital marketing program?

As there is no face to face interaction between seller and consumer, the seller should ensure that no checkpoint is missed, the checkpoints being- 1. There should be a problem. 2. The companys solution to the problem, in the form of a product. 3. A photo or video explanation of the product and how to use it. 4. The campaign should be bold, concise and have some overall appeal. This will both captivate the customer as well as give them an all-round idea of the product.
