Can you give an example of a detailed QA report you have created in the past?
In a past project, I created a detailed QA report for a customer service chatbot we developed. The report included a test plan outlining different conversation flows, test cases for both expected and edge scenarios, and a bug log that documented each issue with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, severity levels, and suggested fixes. I also included a summary dashboard in Excel that categorized bugs by type (UI, logic, performance) and showed resolution status using charts, making it easy for the development team and stakeholders to prioritize and track progress efficiently.

How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
When identifying and documenting bugs in digital products, I start by thoroughly testing the product’s features and workflows to catch any unexpected behaviors or errors. Once a bug is found, I clearly document the issue by noting the steps to reproduce it, the expected versus actual outcomes, screenshots or recordings if needed, and any environment details like browser, device, or software version. I always prioritize being detailed but concise, so developers can easily understand and fix the problem without back-and-forth.

What experience do you have completing high level excel analysis?
I have hands-on experience using Excel for high-level analysis such as building dynamic financial models, forecasting trends, and creating interactive dashboards. I’ve worked with advanced functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, data validation, and complex formulas, and I’ve used tools like Power Query and Power Pivot to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently, helping drive data-driven decisions.
