When identifying and documenting bugs in digital products, I start by thoroughly testing the product’s features and workflows to catch any unexpected behaviors or errors. Once a bug is found, I clearly document the issue by noting the steps to reproduce it, the expected versus actual outcomes, screenshots or recordings if needed, and any environment details like browser, device, or software version. I always prioritize being detailed but concise, so developers can easily understand and fix the problem without back-and-forth.

I have hands-on experience using Excel for high-level analysis such as building dynamic financial models, forecasting trends, and creating interactive dashboards. I’ve worked with advanced functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, data validation, and complex formulas, and I’ve used tools like Power Query and Power Pivot to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently, helping drive data-driven decisions.
