It was during our school teacher day function the refreshments were not ready as the delivery was late due to which it limit our time for packing it so instead of panicking i plan to divide my classmate into few group each group have different task first group have to set the box next group have to put two item then pass it to the next group and the next group again add more food then pass it and the last group would pack it and two other people would count the boxes and again packed it in larger boxes.Doing it like this save more time for us than jamming altogether it allow us to understand what we gonna do and are able speed up after some time like this we were able to coordinate with each other and severe the refreshments in time

First of all we need stay clam

Some of the important norms are

1. Pre-plans everything no work should be left for last minutes ,when we say everything it mean everything

2. Set a time limit for the work that need to be done and no excuses

3. Write down everything that is need to be done and again check it before the event began

4. For speech and dialogue practice can make it perfect during the event

5. And most importantly have a positive thinking instead of panicking and thinking that what would happen if i make a mistake
