Being a manager is not an easy task. It comes with delegating tasks and stepping on people's toes when things are not getting completed. When my coworkers are not working up to par, I have to open the discussion up into how they can improve. For many, communication is key. I try my best to lay negative feedback in a constructive manner so people know I still am there to support them and help guide them to success.

When I've had a long day at work/school, I love opening a fresh chip bag and immediately hearing the crunch of the crispy chips when I take a bite. The light and airy notes of the chips holds me in a trance and I obsess over hearing that crispy crunch over and over again. I find myself starting with one chip at a time and suddenly ending up with a fistful of chips shoved in my mouth. The feeling that what I'm eating is perfectly indulgent and satisfying is the best part about eating a snack.
