What tech product/app do you think has a great UI and why?
Sweetgreen's UI is not only easy to navigate for the user and intuitive for repeated use, it also accurately represents the mission and purpose behind the company through the elements of design present in the interface. From clean, wide spaced sans serif and serif fonts to a neutral green color theme to smartly taken stock photos of produce, the consumer can believe in the quality and authenticity of their salad while ordering on the app through such elements. Sifting through possible pre-made options is made easy through the utilization of sliders and pictures accompanied with descriptions but if one were to make a custom order, their order history is easily accessible from the home page if they'd like to reuse some choice again. All in all, I think the UI of the app leads to high retention among users, high memorability and usability, as well as a true display of the company's values and wanted appearance to the public.

What role does journaling play in your life?
Journaling serves to center what I'd ideally like to get done in a day and how it relates to the broader goals and visions I have at that time - whether it's giving myself more time for self care, studying for a test I'd like to ace, or working on a new skill.
