What tools do you prefer for designing marketing assets and why?

I mainly use Canva for designing marketing assets because I have become very comfortable with it. It allows me to create clean and professional posters. for video content, I use CapCut, it's great for editing and making content more engaging.

What graphic design work have you done in the past?

I have done graphic design using Canva while working in a café, where I created promotional content to help boost sales and attract customers. I designed posters, updated menus, and produced short videos for advertising. The goal was to make the visuals eye-catching and appealing so they would bring more people in and highlight our offers.

I also designed instagram posters for a Sri Lankan traditional show that we organised. The posters were shared on instagram to attract more people to the paid event. I focused on making the designs visually appealing and clear, so it would catch attention while scrolling and communicate the key details quickly.
