When a digital product is a stand alone service (ie has no packaging) how can social media be used to help communicate the different benefits of using it to audiences with different reasons for using it.
Will need to identify the segments of target audience, choose the right platforms for the right segments, create content that will interest each segment, create customised Ad campaigns and study results to modify if necessary.
