How would you launch a new app on a college campus?

Based on a successful app that was launched on campus this year, I would create an Instagram account for the app and follow as many students as I could. Then, I would promote the app using that Instagram and get friends to repost those posts. I would also reserve a table at a busy spot on campus, such as the campus center or by the dining hall, and promote the app there with some incentives (i.e. snacks, stickers, etc) and get permission to put up signs around campus with a QR code so students can download the app easily.
