I would partner with NYU Gramercy Hall to give students a voucher for a free item at Kernel. Since the Park Ave S location is closer to the dorm than the nearest dining hall or similar chains, students may be more apt to choose Kernel in the future.

I would survey local consumers to understand their needs to create intentional marketing campaigns. I would partner with businesses and colleges in the area with a similar consumer (workout studios, etc.) to get folks to try the products.
