I have years of experience editing my own video content, but have not yet branched out towards user-generated/sponsored content.

How would you engage customers authentically in a retail environment?
Whether it’s with my own friends and family or at work when I’m engaging with guests, I always try to approach each interaction with sincerity, curiosity, and warmth. I want to make customers feel like their experience is personal and not forced, connecting through active listening and shared/similar experiences. Each interaction should be a blend of encouraging company’s values, identifying the customer’s needs, and offering the sales associate (me)’s expertise.
