Can you share a previous experience where you provided exceptional customer service in a high-traffic event setting?
When I attended the South by Southwest Event in Austin Texas I had the pleasure of volunteering in the Shea Moisture booth, which was the first booth as you walk into the room, and I had such a great time interacting with customers! It was a 7-day event and I learned so much about the brand myself and from customers!

How would you approach engaging with attendees to promote the Everyday Dose coffee?
Introducing the brand in a few bullet points is a great way to engage with the customer, but also inform them of this brand. Using questions like " Do you usually deal with coffee jitters" or "Everyday Dose is a great alternative with mushrooms, collagens, and L-Theanine..." are great openers.
