Interview Questions

Content Creator & Reality TV Show Assistant

What experience do you have with video production or on-set assistance?
I have strong experience with video editing and short form content creation, especially for platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Editing is something I genuinely enjoy, and I’m confident in creating engaging cuts, smooth transitions, color correction, pacing, and storytelling that keep people watching.
One of my strengths is coming up with strong hooks and understanding how to structure content so it feels dynamic and attention grabbing from the first few seconds. I also enjoy filming content and capturing moments creatively, even though I don’t currently own professional camera equipment myself.
While I haven’t worked on a large professional production set yet, I learn very quickly, adapt well in fast paced environments, and work well creatively with others. I’m confident I could support content production, behind the scenes filming, social media clips, and creative brainstorming while continuing to grow my experience in the industry.

How would you approach creating engaging content for Instagram and TikTok?
I’d approach Instagram and TikTok by focusing on content that feels authentic, fast paced, and emotionally engaging rather than overly polished. Especially for a reality TV brand, the audience wants to feel like they’re part of the story.
For TikTok, I’d prioritize short form content with strong hooks in the first few seconds. Behind the scenes moments, cast personalities, trending sounds, quick edits, funny interactions, cliffhangers, and relatable moments that encourage comments and shares.
For Instagram, I’d combine Reels with more polished storytelling through carousels, photo dumps, teasers, and interactive Stories like polls, Q&As, and countdowns to keep the audience engaged daily.
I’d also pay close attention to analytics and trends to see what resonates most with the audience, then adapt content quickly. The goal would be to build a community around the personalities and moments people connect with, not just promote content.
Swishvo
Gen Z Social Media & Community Content Intern

Pick any Swishvo provider type (doula, midwife, chaplain, herbalist, grief counselor, etc.) and pitch one short-form video concept you’d make for them. Include the hook, the visual, and the caption.
Provider Type: DoulaHook (first 3 seconds):“POV: You thought giving birth would feel scary… until you had the right support.”
Visual: Soft cinematic clips of a doula helping during labor. Holding a hand, calming breathing, preparing the room, encouraging the mother, paired with close-up emotional moments and warm lighting. Use trending emotional audio with subtle captions throughout.
Caption: Birth isn’t just medical it’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal. 🤍The right doula doesn’t take the fear away by pretending it’s easy. They help you feel supported through every moment. #DoulaSupport #BirthTok #PregnancyJourney #Swishvo
