What WORKS ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND WHY?
What works on social media is content that is authentic, valuable and engaging. People connect most with posts that either solve a problem, entertain them, or make them feel part of a community. That's why, short-form video, storytelling, and interactive features perform so well. The psychology behind this is simple: people want quick value, emotional connection, and validation through engagement. Combine that with consistent branding and data-driven insights, and you can build both reach and loyalty.

Social Media Lead

WHY ARE YOU INTERESTED IN THIS ROLE?
I am very interested in this role, because it sits at this intersection of creativity, strategy and impact. Nomo is redefining how people engage with banking, and I see social media as the most powerful way to build trust and emotional connection with users. With my background in psychology and content strategy, I understand how to create narratives that don't just get attention but also inspire long-term engagement.
What excites me the most is the chance to lead campaigns that position Nomo as not just a financial app, but a brand people feel personally connected to. I want to bring in both data-driven insights and human storytelling to grow Nomo's digital presence, foster community, and ultimately help the brand stand out in a very competitive market.
