Tell me about a time you were a positive touch-point with a customer in a retail experience.
Recently while working I had a customer come up to me with some questions about a product they were not sure they would like. While I didn't know about the specific product they wanted to try, I did manage to learn more about their taste and point them towards something I was familiar with that I knew would work well for them. They came back a few weeks later to ask for more recomendations, and told me they'd be happy to come back to the store to tell me their experiences with the other products as well.
