Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
Working for FeatsClub, a startup, I have set up demos to different clubs around my community to show every feature of the app. With Firmograph, especially being on a college campus, I could use that same method and develop feedback on what is confusing about the app.

How would you approach building a relationship with someone who actively uses our product but hasn’t interacted with you directly?
My communications skills that strengthen due to my previous job a Trader Joes has allowed me to be able to read people and their body language. I would start with a normal conversation and figure out who the individual is as a person and then use that to market the app in different ways that would make the individual more interested in the product.

Can you share your experience in collaborating with influencers for brand partnerships?
Although I have not collaborated with an influencer, I was able to set a deal with the company I work for now and a collegiate dance team to market the app.
