Vidovo

Content Partnerships Intern

Vidovo Profile Image

Why are you interested in this position and working with Vidovo?

I’m interested in this position because I’m genuinely fascinated by how brands grow through authentic digital connection. The shift toward user-generated content and creator-driven marketing is one of the most powerful evolutions in modern marketing, and I’m excited by the opportunity to work at a company that’s building its model around that transformation. Vidovo’s focus on driving measurable results through high-quality UGC stands out to me. I’m especially interested in the strategic side of partnerships, identifying the right creators, aligning brand voice with audience expectations, and building outreach systems that convert into long-term growth. This role also appeals to me because it blends creativity with analytical thinking. Influencer outreach and blog placements aren’t just about sending messages, they’re about positioning, messaging clarity, audience alignment, and follow-through. That intersection of communication and strategy is where I thrive. I’m excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing platform, learn directly from real campaigns, and help build meaningful brand partnerships that drive tangible impact.

What experience do you have that is relevant to this GIG?

I have experience working on content-driven and outreach-focused initiatives through academic projects, externships, and student leadership roles. In my externships, I’ve worked on data-driven marketing analysis, identifying audience behavior patterns and translating insights into actionable strategies. This helps me approach influencer and podcast outreach strategically by focusing on alignment, audience fit, and measurable impact rather than just volume. As Co-Founder and Vice President of the African Student Union, I’ve handled partnership outreach, coordinated with external organizations, and supported promotional campaigns. This required professional communication, follow-ups, and relationship-building, which are all skills directly transferable to influencer and podcast outreach. I’ve also created content and supported social media initiatives in academic and project settings, giving me an understanding of how user-generated content drives engagement and authenticity. Additionally, my background in Computer Science and Finance allows me to think analytically about performance metrics, growth, and ROI, which is especially valuable when evaluating blog placements and partnership effectiveness.

what does wealth mean to you? (no wrong answers!)

To me, wealth means security, freedom, and the ability to design your life intentionally rather than reacting to financial stress. It’s having the flexibility to pursue meaningful work, invest in personal growth, support family, and live comfortably while still planning for the future. It isn’t just about a number in an account, it’s about stability, opportunity, and building something sustainable over time.
