During my AI Workflow Automation externship, I worked on projects that explored how AI systems can process large volumes of unstructured documents and transform them into searchable, structured information. While it was not a fully autonomous multi-agent framework, the workflow involved multiple specialized components that acted like agents with distinct responsibilities. One component focused on document ingestion and preprocessing, another handled information extraction and classification using AI models, and a third organized the results into structured outputs for analysis and retrieval. I built supporting Python scripts to automate parts of the workflow, test model outputs, and improve data quality. Through this experience, I gained a deeper understanding of how specialized AI components can collaborate within a larger workflow, and I became interested in expanding these concepts into more advanced multi-agent systems for automation, analytics, and decision support.

I regularly combine multiple AI and automation tools depending on the project. My most common workflow involves ChatGPT for ideation, code generation, debugging, and data analysis, Python for scripting and automation, GitHub for version control, and spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets for organizing outputs.
