Female Founder World
Content Marketing & Event Intern
What's one content area of opportunity you'd first implement after starting this position?
From having a look over your TikTok feed and watching the videos, I would revamp your TikTok strategy to be more ‘relatable’. I see quite a few POV videos but the texts are too long/some are hard to read, some of the sounds aren’t trending sounds and most of the POV videos aren’t relatable. TikTok could be used as a lead generation platform to direct more of Gen Z/millennials to your Instagram page/website. Instead of trying to showcase/promote your events, I would change your strategy to making content that is more relatable.
Three trending ideas of this could be:
- The notes app of a female business founder
o Following the viral trend of people showing whats in their notes app
- Hot girl summer 2023 bucketlist: starting a new business edition
o Lots of people are doing their own take on the hot girl summer trend, and this could be revamped for a finance/business standpoint
- The taylor swift august trend
o Using the trending sound to create an aesthetic video of what you’re manifesting this summer (showcasing events, small business startups, finding new like minded friends etc..)
- Of course it is hard to describe a trend via text and no audiovisual references but I have tried my best to describe them! If the recruiter is familiar with these trends I hope they get my vision hehe.
Thanks for taking the time to look over my application and I look forward to hearing back from you soon! 😊

Please share any relevant past experience making you qualified for this role.
I managed digital content creation on Cardiff University's Instagram Stories for their Open Days 2022. This campaign was very successful with great engagement rates received throughout the day from a platform of 60K followers on IG (@Cardiffuni). We used interactive storytelling, with polls, in-story links, tap-able stickers, in-video captions and vlogged too!
In addition to this, my role as a TikTok strategist for Stickybrains included refining stategy for an education-tech based Startup in Wales. I helped to brainstorm TikTok content ideas targeted towards a Gen-Z audience!
As someone who is an avid social media user, I am very confident in social media content creation, cross-platform publishing, as well as content scheduling using platforms such as Later. I am confident editing in-app, as well as on third party software such as CapCut and Canva!
I have also taken part of the Young Entreprise programme, and our all-female team were regional finalists in the North London Championships 2018 for our product ‘the Aurora Organiser’ – an academic planner focused on student wellbeing.
I am a big believer in female entrepreneurship and would love to be part of a movement that is empowering and supporting this!!
Thanks for looking over my application and I look forward to hearing from you soon 😊
