How do you organize yourself to track leads and follow-ups?
I would make a database for the current clients, potential leads and how to convert leads to clients. This database will be key in managing and following the clients.

Do a market research into the industries and then dig deeper into each industry- for example restaurants.
Then I will make a plan to wed the product and the consumer.
Also, I will look into our competitors and make proposals to their clients
