Can you describe a time you successfully persuaded someone to try a new product or service?
Recently, I persuaded many of my friends who used Apple Music to switch to Spotify. I explained the perks, like the student discount, collaborative playlists, and the wider range of personalized recommendations. I even created a shared playlist for our recent road-trip to show how easy it was to use together. After seeing its high value and low cost, most of them switched over to Spotify. It taught me that persuasion works best when you connect the product’s benefits directly to what people care about.

How would you approach building relationships with new local vendors?
I would start by learning about each vendor’s business and customer base, then introduce myself with a personalized approach that highlights how partnering with World ID Rewards can bring them value. My goal would be to build trust by showing genuine interest, clearly communicating benefits, and maintaining consistent communications so the relationship feels collaborative and long-term.
