What's one creative way to engage with new and existing consumers?

I think one of the best ways to engage with consumers is through social media. Especially in our generation, people spend a lot of time on their phones on social media apps. Simple things such as instagram polls or funny tweets are ways to engage with consumers. People love when companies make funny social media posts/ tweets. It can even help the grand become more well known and encourage more people to buy them and make funny posts as well, such a Slim Jims for example. They make a lot of tweets/instagram posts that are funny, especially to Gen Z, who then follow/like/comment/repost their posts. Slim Jim would not have 1.3m followers on instagram if it weren't for all of their funny posts and interactions with consumers on all their social media pages.

What are important considerations for you when reviewing a product?

I tend to review a lot of businesses on Yelp and read many reviews, so there are many things I like to mention that I believe are most helpful. One of the most important things to mention in reviewing products for me is saying things I liked about the product, then things I did not like about the product. Even if I really liked the product, or really disliked the product, it's definitely necessary to state this. Another thing that's important to mention is how the product can be improved or changed in my personal opinion. Mentioning the quality of a product is also important and explaining my reasoning.
