About an hour. The editing will take more of the time, depending on how bulky the content is and how much creativity has been requested

I would study other trendy food brand content and enhance the information i have. For example; the energy drink company Bang, prefers to reach their audience through, well know or fast growing tiktokers. And often have events with these tiktokers present to increase the sell out rate at the event
