Interview Questions
OverHerd
OverHerd Campus Rep

Are you in a fraternity or Sorority?
I’m not currently part of a fraternity or sorority, but I’m very familiar with Greek life culture and events on campus. I’ve worked with student organizations, helped promote campus-wide events, and know how to build real word-of-mouth buzz in social spaces. I’m confident I can connect with Greek life students and leaders effectively.

Are you comfortable being the face of something edgy or anonymous on campus?
Absolutely. I understand the balance between being the public promoter and keeping the platform’s anonymous, chaotic charm. I’m comfortable being the point person, creating a hype-worthy presence while keeping the focus on the student voices behind the scenes. I see OverHerd as fun, bold, and unfiltered — and I’m totally here for that energy.

How would you promote this app on campus?
I’d take a three-layered approach: Word of Mouth + Party Promos I’d partner with key social influencers and Greek life organizers to introduce OverHerd as the go-to space for tea, campus stories, and inside jokes. Think: QR codes on cups at parties, secret OverHerd confessions contests, and sponsored giveaways. Social Media with a Local Twist I’d create short, edgy content tied to campus humor and real events — memes, “overheard on campus” quotes, or confessional trends with OverHerd’s link. I’d highlight the anonymous aspect while still tapping into our community identity. In-Person & Strategic Intros I’d approach Social Chairs and Chapter Presidents with sponsorship pitches tied to real value: free giveaways, party sponsorships, and hype — showing them how OverHerd drives engagement and makes their events trend-worth
