What's something out of the box that you've done in a previous role that showcased your willingness to work and flexibility?
When I was my sorority president, I consistently had to think outside of the box. Within my first month, there was a COVID outbreak, and so I had to re-write COVID rules for the house, communicating with the house mom, house board team, and gen mems.

How would you handle a lack of response or rejection in a sales role?
In sales, it is very important to lead with curiosity. If someone rejects me, I am going to continue to try, and ask what is holding them back, trying to find areas to sell. With low responsiveness, it is important to create a sense of urgency.
