Share a time that you helped someone over the age of 60 that you're not related to.
I once helped an elderly woman navigate her phone to make a call. I noticed that she was struggling with her phone going in and out of apps and growing frustrated and asked her if I could do anything to help her. She said she needed to make a call but wasn't sure how to get to the phone app. (With permission), I showed her on her phone how to search for different apps and she was able to make her call.
