I want to see how the naturally decaffeinated version compares to traditional matcha in terms of smoothness, earthiness, and richness, without the usual caffeine kick. I’m also curious about how well it mixes—whether it’s creamy and frothy or grainy—and how versatile it is for different recipes, like iced matcha lattes or baking.
