When working in a clinic, it is always fast paced and people can get overwhelmed fast. I implemented a way for my coworkers to feel comfortable to reach out when they feel like they need to tap out, creating a more comfortable environment to work in.

How do you prioritize and delegate tasks in a fast-paced operational environment?
I usually make a To-Do list to manage my priorities. I love to work in a fast paced environment because it keeps me on my feet. To improve functionality and flow of the environment, I reach out to others on the team to see if they need help.
