"If we gave you one Dijie Shooter and one week, how would you get 50 USC students to download the app without spending a dollar?"

If given one Dije Shooter and one week, I would get LMU students to download the app by constantly posting about it on my social media and showing my positive experience with the app and camera. I would encourage my existing communities to use the app, Alpha Phi, the dance team, and Black Students in Business by taking pictures of my friends and posting them on the app. I would use real events involving many people to maximize outreach.

"Name 3 communities you're part of at USC (Greek life, clubs, teams, etc.) and how you'd introduce Dijie to each one differently."

At Loyola Marymount University, I am involved in Alpha Phi, the LMU Dance Team, and Black Students in Business, and I would introduce Dijie differently to each community based on how they connect and share experiences. In Alpha Phi, I would position Dijie as a way to document and relive meaningful moments with sisters,  from philanthropy events to sisterhood retreats and everyday memories, while also encouraging members to use it for chapter storytelling and social media content. For the LMU Dance Team, I would introduce Dijie as a behind-the-scenes storytelling tool. We could capture practices, team bonding, travel, and major moments like USA Nationals and the West Coast Conference Tournament in Las Vegas, creating content that builds school spirit and showcases the work that goes into performing. Within Black Students in Business, where I serve as Marketing Chair, I would integrate Dijie into professional and personal branding. I would highlight its use in “day-in-the-life” content, event recaps, and student leadership showcases, helping members share their journeys and build community visibility more intentionally.

What's the last thing that went viral on your campus or in your friend group — and why did it spread?"

The last thing to go viral on my campus was a Super Bowl watch party hosted by a fraternity that drew a large portion of the LMU student community. While the event itself was highly attended, what really sparked conversation was an unexpected moment during the halftime show. The performance was playing on the TVs, but there was no audio. Students quickly reacted by posting about it on Fizz, a campus-based social app, sharing jokes, commentary, and coordinating with friends to find other places to watch the performance. It spread so quickly because it combined a major cultural event with a shared, real-time experience. The mix of humor, inconvenience, and the ability to instantly react on a platform specific to our campus made it highly engaging and participatory rather than just something people observed. It became a moment when students felt part of something together, which ultimately drove it to go viral.
