Absolutely! I always look at reviews before buying to figure out if there is it reliable and if there’s a better alternative. Majority of consumers won’t spend their money on something if others have bad reviews.

Being updated on today’s news and trends. It wouldn’t be good if something insensitive or out of date was posted on a brand’s social media account, it would reflect badly on the brand.
