Social Media Manager / Video Editor
Why are you interested in this role?
As I had previous experience as a social media manager in my faculty's course union, I am familiar with the tasks in hand. During my time, I had to maintain the theme provided when making posts, track when posts should be scheduled and on which accounts, keep an eye out for any errors in the caption, and adding alt text to accommodate a broader audience.
I also have my own public social media platform that I have recently started. Through this, I have edited through CapCut and iMovie to produce videos when needed.

I have had a couple of leadership opportunities during my time in extra-cirrikculars at university. These positions were sometimes assigned to me as I was the best fit to provide clear instructions to a team. One instance, I took on the position of communications within my course union and thus managed the emails sent between faculty, alumni and the course union
