Tell us about a meal from the past year that you absolutely loved.
I lived in Europe for 2 years, and got to try many different meals. When on a cruise there I once had mussels in white wine and it was definitely one of the best things I’ve ever had. I’m this past year I’ve been in puerto Rico and have gotten to try seafood in many ways but one of my favorites has been this seafood salad with conch, lobster, shrimp, octopus, and fish with tostones.
