QA Specialist Needed
Can you give an example of a detailed QA report you have created in the past?
I was involved in the product design and management of a web app named Jupiter for the company "Ergon Technologies" where I interned for 6 months in 2023.
Once the first version of the web app was made live, I was involved in the QA and constantly tested the site for bugs and issues. I created color-coded sheets which made it easy for the tech team to figure out the priority of the bugs.
After my internship, I handed over all the documents to the company.

How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
Map out the user flow of the digital product including all branches and end points.
Go through each flow mapped out thoroughly.
Create a table for each flow on Excel or Gsheets containing Flow number, Feature, Issue and Improvement.
Go through each user flow multiple times to find out more bugs and check if certain bugs have been fixed.
