One example is Scholar Sync, a full-stack research matching platform I built to connect students with faculty projects. I designed the interface to be clean and intuitive, focusing on simple navigation and clear search/filter flows so users could quickly find relevant opportunities. I used responsive layouts to ensure it worked well across devices, and I prioritized usability and performance over visual clutter, since the goal was efficient discovery rather than heavy styling.

How do you approach debugging a complex web application?
I start by reproducing the issue and narrowing down whether it’s coming from the front end, back end, or the data flow between them. I use browser dev tools, logs, and network requests to isolate the problem, then fix and test incrementally.

What technologies do you prefer for full stack development?
For full stack development, I prefer a modern JavaScript-based stack with React or TypeScript on the front end for building responsive, maintainable user interfaces, and Python or Java-based back ends using RESTful APIs for scalable application logic. I'm comfortable working with databases like SQL or DynamoDB, and I enjoy deploying and managing applications using cloud services (AWS).
