How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I will hold members accountable for completing tasks on time through positive reinforcement and encouragement. I would walk through the task with them to make sure everything is clear and then offer any extra assistance. I would also follow through the work that’s being completed and give them positive feedback and encouragement for what has been completed.
