Engaging with followers – replying to comments and DMs quickly and in a friendly tone to build trust and community.
Interacting with others – liking, commenting, and sharing relevant posts from similar creators, fans, or collaborators to keep the brand visible and part of the conversation.
Using stories/polls/questions – to keep the audience involved in low-effort but high-engagement ways (like “this or that” games or sneak peeks).
Tracking analytics – checking insights daily to see what content is resonating and adjusting our engagement strategy accordingly.
Saving and reposting UGC – keeping an eye out for tagged content and resharing it to strengthen relationships and build credibility.

Yes! I’ve managed social media accounts both professionally and as a volunteer. Here are a few examples:
@innovatyargentina (Instagram) — I led the communication team, created content, edited videos, and scheduled posts regularly.
I also have personal experience creating engaging Canva designs and writing copy for various Instagram accounts and campaigns. While some of my past work was for internal projects or under NDAs, I’d be happy to walk you through what I did and how I approached each strategy!
