Julia Haber
Influencer Partnerships Intern

What are 10 brands you would prioritize pitching for Julia?
For this role, I’d prioritize brands that already invest in creator marketing, lifestyle positioning, and performance-driven storytelling, since they’re most likely to convert into partnerships quickly and repeatedly. Here are 10 strong targets: Nike — consistently activates influencers for performance + lifestyle campaigns Gymshark — built entirely on creator-led fitness marketing Lululemon — strong community + wellness + lifestyle positioning Alo Yoga — heavy influencer ecosystem, especially short-form social content Sephora — major beauty partnerships and always scaling creator campaigns Rare Beauty — strong Gen Z creator alignment and storytelling focus Glossier — historically influencer-driven brand with strong conversion culture Adidas — lifestyle + sport crossover with frequent creator collaborations Crocs — high viral marketing potential through creator-led campaigns Stanley 1913 — proven success with TikTok-driven lifestyle influencer growth Overall, the focus is brands that already understand influencer marketing as a core growth engine, not just an add-on.

How will you use AI for this role?
AI would be used as a support tool to increase speed, accuracy, and strategy in the partnership process, not to replace decision-making. For outreach and pitching, it can help draft and refine brand emails, personalize messaging at scale, and quickly adapt tone depending on the brand or creator. For research, AI can analyze creators’ content themes, audience alignment, and past brand collaborations to identify stronger partnership matches faster. It would also support tracking and organization by summarizing campaign performance insights, structuring partnership pipelines, and helping prioritize high-value opportunities. Overall, AI would be used to make the workflow more efficient and data-informed, while keeping relationship-building and negotiation fully human-led.

How would you approach pitching a brand deal?
I’d approach it like a structured sales process, not a casual outreach. First, I’d make sure there’s a strong fit between the brand and the creator audience such as demographics, content style, and past campaign performance; so the pitch is relevant and not generic. Then I’d lead with a clear value proposition in the outreach: who the creator is, why their audience converts, and what specific outcome the brand can expect (reach, engagement, or sales impact), backed by any available data or examples. From there, I’d present a simple collaboration concept with deliverables (e.g., short-form video, story integration, usage rights if needed) and align it with the brand’s current goals or campaigns. Finally, I’d be proactive in negotiation; clearly outlining pricing, being open to discussion, and focusing on building a long-term partnership rather than a one-off post.
