What's something out of the box that you've done in a previous role that showcased your willingness to work and flexibility?
While severely under-rated, I think being open and genuine in a professional manner with potential clients and business relations beyond what is 'necessary' takes more time and effort but always results in more strong relations and eventual network.

How would you handle a lack of response or rejection in a sales role?
Being a start-up founder, I know the best way is simply to quickly re-strategize and maintain good relationships with any potential client. Asking for feedback and then discussing with our team to understand what went wrong is key.
