Interview Questions

The Female Founder Collective

Social Media Coordinator

The Female Founder Collective Profile Image

Please give one example of how you would encapsulate the Female Founder Collective persona and voice through a TikTok?

This brand wanted to empower women to fight for themselves and have the tools to do that. One example to do that is to show more "day in my life" or "watch me do..." These two will be able to show these essential skills in resources in action to the females that want to do it.

What's one way to engage a consumer base with the brand's social media at an in-person event?

When walking around and seeing many different brands at an in-person event, what never fails to draw me in is a spinner with the potential of winning a prize. I automatically feel more engaged with the brand when I have the ability to win at least a free sample. However, a spinner has many different prizes that can be given out which makes people even more excited.

What is the bonbuz persona and how could we translate that to meaningfully connection on TikTok?

I believe a bonus persona is like a super bubbly friend and would be characterized as the "mom of the group." The person who knows how to have fun while caring for all of their friends. When translating that to TikTok, I believe it would be best to advertise this character. A person who could be characterized as a mom friend who makes sure all her friends are studying with her or even going to a party to make sure all of her friends will make it home safe from a night out.
