Executive Assistant to Founder of Equipt
Can you share an experience where your data management skills positively impacted business operations?
While working last summer for the software startup Juni Learning, I supported content creation efforts aimed at boosting engagement with their educational AI app. A key part of my role involved data management through tracking and analyzing performance metrics from our social media campaigns. I regularly monitored analytics across platforms to identify what types of content resonated with our audience and what didn’t. By organizing this data and presenting clear performance insights, I helped the team iterate on our content strategy, improving post effectiveness and engagement over time. This data-driven approach allowed us to turn underperforming content into high-performing assets by adjusting tone, format, or timing based on trends we observed.

tell us about your previous customer service and/or executive assistant experiences
The most formative customer service experience I’ve had was working at Chick-fil-A during high school. In a fast-paced and high-stress environment, I learned how to navigate intense rushes while still upholding the company’s standard of excellence in hospitality. Balancing speed with attentiveness taught me how to manage time efficiently and communicate effectively with both customers and team members. I often stepped into informal leadership roles during peak hours, helping coordinate front-of-house operations and ensuring smooth service under pressure. This helped sharpen my ability to stay calm in stressful situations and adapt quickly, which continues to shape how I approach service-oriented roles today.

what are some example studios you would target in this role?
would target design-forward fitness studios and hospitality spaces that align with Equipt’s premium, lifestyle-driven brand. This includes high-end studios like Equinox, Solidcore, Barry’s, and Y7 Studio, which are all spaces where aesthetics and client experience are central. I’d also pursue partnerships with wellness-focused hospitality brands such as 1 Hotels, Soho House, and The Well, where Equipt’s sleek, functional equipment could elevate guest wellness offerings. Additionally, I’d target university gyms at schools with large influencer populations like the University of Miami and Arizona State University, where college influencers could organically interact with Equipt’s products and promote them to their audiences in a natural, authentic way.
