I am personable, kind, honest, and thorough. I also have experience working with the public in both a retail capacity, as well as direct support for disabled people. This means I am used to needing to meet a wide range of communication needs.

I often find myself needing to help other people get online work done that they lack proprietary software for-- things ranging from editing pdfs to editing podcasts to animating with parallax scrolling. I am often very good at tracking down and finding stopgap programs that are free to accomplish these goals, and often teaching people to use them as well.
