I loved the marketing done for the 2022 movie Smile. Actors were payed to attend MLB games and stand outside of news stations, all in view of cameras. The actors held creepy smiles the entire time and wore neon shirts that read "SMILE" and the whole thing went viral quickly. I haven't seen a horror movie do a promotion like that before and it stayed in my head for a while and convinced me and I'm sure many others to go see the movie.

Journaling is a great way for me to de-stress. It is really easy to get stressed and overwhelmed on a daily basis and the worst thing you can do is let it build up inside yourself or take it out unfairly on people around you. Journaling has become an important step at the end of my day to write my feelings down in order to express them and get them out so that my emotions don't control my actions in a harmful way.

I don't like that Valentines Day is used as a way to increase prices when any other day of the year you could buy chocolates and roses for someone you love, but I do love the energy that Valentines brings. Whether you have an old love or a new one, or you're sharing love between friends, or family, or a romantic partner, everyone enjoys feeling that love on a special day.
