Interview Questions
Baton Market
Sales Ops Specialist
How do you approach developing and executing outreach strategies to drive client engagement?
I approach developing and executing outreach strategies by combining data-driven planning with empathy for the end user and a mindset of continuous iteration. I begin by deeply understanding the audience through user research, analytics, or segmentation to identify what matters to them and how they currently engage with the product or brand. This foundation allows me to tailor both messaging and channel selection to meet their needs effectively. Once the audience is clearly defined, I establish specific goals and success metrics, whether the aim is onboarding, re-engagement, or conversion. I craft personalized messages that align with where the user is in their journey and select the appropriate communication channels, such as email, in-app messaging, or SMS, based on where they are most likely to respond. From there, I treat outreach like a product by running A/B tests on different elements such as message content, timing, frequency, and format. These experiments provide valuable insights into what truly drives engagement. I then use those insights to iterate and refine the strategy, doubling down on what works and adjusting what does not. Ultimately, I view client outreach as the beginning of a relationship rather than a one-time interaction. My goal is to build trust and deliver value consistently, leading to stronger engagement and long-term retention.

Robyn AI
Data Analyst Intern

What excites you about this internship at Robyn AI?
What excites me most about this internship at Robyn AI is the opportunity to work at the intersection of emotional intelligence and product innovation. I’m drawn to Robyn’s mission to deepen human connection in a digital world, something that feels both timely and impactful. The chance to analyze real user behavior and translate that into product insights that make technology feel more human really resonates with me. I’m especially excited about the hands-on nature of this role: running A/B tests, spotting growth opportunities in the data, and working closely with the founding team to shape new features. That blend of experimentation, impact, and collaboration is exactly what I’m looking for. It’s a chance to not only grow my skills in data and product thinking, but also contribute meaningfully to a mission I care about.
