Pho- Vietnamese noodles in a light broth. I discovered it in winter and I’m an avid soup lover, so I thought I would just enjoy this until it gets hot out… then I tried it once when I was hungover and it changed everything… this is the best cure to being hungover no matter the temperature or season. It’s light, filling, flavorful, and the most perfect food ever.
