What strategies would you use to increase engagement on the account?
I would increase engagement by replying to comments on the account’s posts, creating a positive community. I would use strategic hashtags and follow current trends. I would also like and leave fun, appropriate comments on other creators posts to create engagement.

How would you handle negative comments on the TikTok account?
I would respectfully reply, asking them to contact us privately in order to resolve any issues they’ve encountered with the company. If it were simply baseless hate comments, I would report them and/or ignore them. If appropriate, I would occasionally reply publicly in a lighthearted comedic manner that represents the company in a positive light.
