One way to segment visitors would be by age/age range. This is absolutely a way brands should segment visitors because what Gen Z wants to see is much different than Gen X. Another way to segment might be by geographic location. For example, you might want to market a more coastal feel to people in the northeast, whereas you might focus on creating a western vibe for people in the south.
