Tell us about any prior experience you have as a brand ambassador

While I don’t have formal experience as a brand ambassador yet, I’m eager to learn and excited to gain hands-on experience in this role. I’ve always been passionate about connecting with people, building community, and organizing events that make an impact. Through my time on student council, I helped plan and lead school-wide events like spirit weeks, food truck Fridays, and all school Monday assemblies. This has taught me how to promote initiatives, manage logistics, speak better publically, and engage with different student groups.I also volunteer with the Jessie Rees Foundation’s Mobile Joy Factories, where we assembled and delivered “JoyJars” to kids fighting cancer. That experience taught me the power of meaningful outreach, brand mission and image, and creating a positive experience for others—all values I would bring into a Proper Wild brand ambassador role. I’m a fast learner, a hard worker, and someone who takes initiative. I’m excited for the opportunity to gain real marketing experience while helping share a product I genuinely believe in.

How would you approach organizing a campus event to promote Proper Wild effectively?

I’m a second year at the University of San Diego member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. I’d love the opportunity to become a Proper Wild campus ambassador and bring your clean, plant-based energy to life at USD through dynamic, engaging campus events that align with our culture of wellness, academic drive, and community. To generate excitement and visibility, I’ve mapped out three creative event activations tailored to key moments in the semester:

1. “Shot of Energy” Tasting Booth at Plaza Menor:This sleek, Instagrammable pop-up would offer free Proper Wild shots and student discounts, with a branded photo wall and giveaways like water bottles, gym passes, and Kappa–Proper collab stickers. It would be scheduled during Welcome Week or the Student Org Fair to take advantage of high foot traffic and student curiosity.

2. “Sweat & Shot” Mini Workout on Paseo de Colachis Lawn: In partnership with Campus Recreation, this event would feature a 30-minute outdoor HIIT or yoga session, followed by Proper Wild tastings. The first 25 attendees would receive a branded shaker or towel. This would appeal to health-conscious students looking for sustainable energy and motivation.

3. “Study Smarter” Pop-Up at Copley Library Courtyard (Finals Week):This activation would offer Proper Wild shots alongside healthy snacks and motivational affirmations to fuel focus during finals. Students could enter a flash giveaway by tagging Proper Wild + USD KKG in their stories for a chance to win a finals survival kit.

To ensure all events are approved and professionally executed, I’d coordinate with the following departments: Student Leadership & Involvement Center (SLIC) for event space and tabling approvals, Fraternity & Sorority Life Office (Erika Salas) for Greek Life collaboration, Campus Recreation for fitness event support, University Scheduling Office for vendor compliance and logistics Post-event, I would track impact by measuring samples distributed, social media reach, and QR/email sign-ups. I’d also gather videos and photos to create recap content, and use quick surveys to gather feedback and improve future events.
