I don't have any favorite streaming platforms because each one is unique. I have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime video, Disney+, showtime, etc and I feel like they are all different. I love how each of these platforms are different; new shows, kid movies, new movies, rent movies, personalized tv recommendations.

Wellness to me means being healthy mentally and physically. As well as feeling great and being able to be active. I integrate wellness in my life by going to the gym and eating healthier. If I have the chance to walk or run somewhere, I do that instead of taking public transportation or driving. I take me days to be mentally well when school is in session.
