Brainstorm one way you'd organically distribute samples across your campus and within your community.
I am an active member of USC’s Business Cosmetics Club, where we have a multitude of events that range from guest speakers to working pop-up events for brands that sponsor us or have reached out to us. I think that utilizing this club will not only help spread samples to a large group of people passionate and interested in makeup and skin care but will also aid in being able to reach the larger USC population through our club fundraisers, activities, and pop-up tables.

Creator Sourcing Intern
Please brainstorm three avenues you'd utilize to engage and source new creators for the pager platform.
1. One channel that tends to be underrated yet features a large number of new content creators is Twitch. While there are a plethora of new creators on TikTok and Youtube every day which can be found, it may be easier to source new creators from a different site. Doing so could also give us an edge in terms of what these new creators can create and provide. For example, streaming creators may have more flexibility in regards to posting, and may reach a larger and more loyal market.
2. Another avenue to take would be specifying which niche of creators we target. For example, “mother-tok” is a piece of content becoming increasingly popular on TikTok. Focusing on creators such as mothers showcasing their daily lives would be another great source of creators.
3. In order to find smaller, newer content creators, Instagram is another great venture. However, a method to use to find budding creators would be viewing what creators and influencers slightly larger creators follow. I, myself, have found an array of new creators to follow just through recommended or associated creators I have found through bigger name influencers I follow. It may be a method that seems tedious, but it could give us first access to new and unique creators.
